Welcome to Edgewater Golf Villas 2107, a charming corner condo within the spacious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with stunning greenside and water feature views. This inviting unit accommodates up to 8 guests and is conveniently located within walking distance of all resort amenities. The beach is just a 7-minute walk away or a short ride on the complimentary tram service, making it easy to enjoy all the beauty and fun the area has to offer.
Step into the bright and airy living area, where large windows allow natural light to flood the space. The comfortable living area features cozy sofas, one of which converts into a queen-sized bed for added sleeping space. Enjoy movie nights with the large TV, or sip your morning coffee on the balcony and watch the ducks and turtles in the Edgewater lagoon. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, and toaster oven, has everything you need for preparing meals. Gather around the 6-seat dining table, or use the adjacent eat-in kitchen with 3 bar stools for a more casual meal. The Master Bedroom Suite offers a private retreat, opening to the back patio with views of the water feature, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom perfect for a relaxing night. The second bedroom features 2 queen beds, a TV, and a private bathroom with access to the back balcony, providing guests with ample space and comfort.
When it’s time to explore, hop on the resort’s tram service to take you directly to the beach and Gulfside. Edgewater Resort is a golf lover’s dream, with an executive par-3 golf course located right on-site. Perfect for all levels of golfers, the course offers a fun and challenging round without leaving the resort. Whether you’re teeing off at sunrise or enjoying a relaxed afternoon round, it’s a highlight of your stay.
The resort also features an 11,000-square-foot lagoon pool with waterfalls, 11 pools (10 heated seasonally), and 4 Gulf-front hot tubs for a refreshing dip after a day in the sun. Other amenities include tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, a basketball court, and a fitness center. Dining options are top-notch, with Ocean’s Bar & Grill serving delicious Gulf-front meals and live seasonal music, plus a tiki bar for that perfect tropical vibe. The Aquatic Center has 1 pool with a waterfall and another that is heated seasonally. Heated whirlpool spa and a wading pool are also features. There’s even a poolside bar & grill if you get hungry or thirsty. The onsite fitness center includes commercial exercise equipment with treadmills, weight machines and more. Ocean kayaks and boogie boards are also available for rental on the grounds.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

This was a great property. The description is accurate. The location & amenities were amazing. I Highly recommend this place. The place was really clean. The master bedroom shower is great. The two beds in the second bedroom was so convenient for my son and his friend to stay. The property has a market and a restaurant on site. A gym as well. I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed for a week and it was relaxing. When we come back to Panama City, I will definitely look to see if the space is available. They had a bunch of beach equipment to use, which was really convenient!

This condo was wonderful. The check in process was seemless, the condo was just as advertised. Spacious comfortable, and clean. It was stocked with everything you needed, from kitchenware to all beach equipment. My family and I had a great stay here. We were even ale to extend our stay another day! I highly recommend and hope this condo is available the next time in Panama City Beach.

Clean, spacious and comfortable vacation spot. Starter supplies given to allow us time to go to the store. Shuttle on site to take you throughout the resort. Beach and lagoon access with multiple pools and hot tubs. Water fowl and other wildlife surrounding the resort with fountain displays throughout. Reasonable prices with everything needed to enjoy your vacation home away from home.
