About this apartment rental
Located in a prime area of Panama City Beach at a walking distance to supermarket and several restaurants, the GrandView East condominiums are unique as size and their luxurious comfort. Our 1,500 sq. ft condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and features many upgrades.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in closed and an over-sized, luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi, separate shower and separate toilet.
The second bedroom has two full size beds and the third bedroom features a queen size bed. Free internet (Wi-Fi), full size washer/dryer, cable Smart TVs and DVDs in every room, and a fully equipped kitchen complete the picture. Grand View East has a fitness rooms, an outdoor swimming pool that it heated during the cooler seasons, and own parking.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and accessories to make you feel at home. The washer/dryer completes the picture of homey-like environment we tried to create for our family, friends, and guests.
The GrandView received its name from the gorgeous view of miles and miles of sugar white beaches and emerald green water. The view from our terrace on the 15th floor is breathtaking. You will have breakfast or watch sunsets from the comfort of the large, well-furnished patio.
FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE! You will receive two lounges & umbrella already set up on the beach for each day of your stay (March 1 to October 31).
PLEASE BE AWARE: the entire building is NO-SMOKING not just in our condo and on our terrace. This rule is enforced by security.

We had a great time at this property! Beautiful view and everything we needed! Even a full closet of beach toys, chairs etc with a cart to haul it to the beach!
One of my pet peeves is shower water pressure!!! This one in the master is FANTASTIC!
If I had one small suggestion...throw away the older scratched up pans and get some new ones! Other than that it was awesome!
Everytime we would come in after dinner or from the beach, the elevator was downstairs and the door open! If you have ever stayed at beach front condos before, you KNOW elevators can be an issue! These were a breeze up and down from the 15th floor! Worth every penny, we really enjoyed it! Master bed was very comfortable for me as well!

Can’t say enough good things about this condo and vacation. Condo was super clean and the balcony view was the best. This was our 2nd stay in this condo and we would stay many more times!
