The property also sits within a couple of miles distance from Watermouth Castle, Sandy Cove Hotel and Newberry Beach Wedding Venue, the latter being within 10 minute walking distance.

Walking up the wide external steps which lead to the front door, guests will immediately appreciate the elevated position which provides the property fantastic sea views. These views can be enjoyed from the beautifully styled lounge, where inviting sofas sit opposite one another, allowing guests to cosy-up in front of the gas fire and the Smart TV. The kitchen/diner has been finished in the same elegant style as the lounge and is equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The property has three bedrooms, all of which are decorated in a tasteful, understated style, creating restful, sanctuary-like spaces. The first of these is a king-size room, whilst there is also a dual-aspect double room, and a cosy twin. The shower room has a shower and WC, and there is also a second separate WC.

Outside, the property enjoys two separate garden areas. The first of these is a fantastic elevated decked area to the front of the property, offering stunning sea views from the table and chairs. To the rear of the property, a second decked terrace is a generously-sized space with comfortable garden furniture, which opens onto a shingled area beyond.
