About this cottage rental
This fabulous family-friendly property has been lovingly furnished in a contemporary way and offers a communal playground and a private patio area. Woolacombe, a pretty village with an award-winning beach, is only 6 miles away. It offers 3 miles of golden sands and an array of independent shops and restaurants with stunning coastal walks. Within 5 miles, you could be in the Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe. Take a stroll around the fishing harbour or take a boat trip out and visit Lundy which is famous for its seabirds, especially puffins. Exmoor National Park is under 8 miles away and offers magical moorlands and woodland walks - you may even come across an Exmoor pony.
This single-storey property offers a contemporary open-plan living space. As you step through the porch, you can leave your muddy boots or sandy shoes behind, and there is also a handy WC here too. The light and airy lounge/kitchen/diner is simply perfect for spending time watching movies on the Smart TV and snuggling up in front of the cosy wood burner on the cooler evenings. The kitchen has every you need to cook up your favourite recipes and there are three bedrooms, each benefitting from an en-suite. First is a king-size with an en-suite wet room and WC, next is a twin room with an en-suite shower room and finally another king with an en-suite shower room with WC.
Stepping outside, you have a private patio where you can enjoy the warm evenings dining al fresco with the charcoal BBQ or just sitting relaxing with a morning coffee planning your day ahead. There is also a shared area offering a small play park for children.
