A beautiful place to stay for a ski-in/ski-out vacation

Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. For this summer 2026, the wellness area is open from 11am to 6pm, from 28 June until 30 August 2026, every day (from 12pm to 6pm on Wednesday and Saturday). For winter 2026-2027, it is scheduled to open from 5 December 2026 (subject to the opening of the station) until 11 April 2027, every day except Saturday during school holidays and every day except Wednesday outside school holidays.



Accommodation: A major project is currently underway at the Orres 1800 (on the former Terre Rouge public parking lot).This work, independent of our will and likely to impact this housing, could generate noise (daytime) and visual nuisances (with the presence of cranes).This magnificent apartment, completely refurbished, offers a modern and warm style. It is equipped with a whole set of new appliances and is offered for rent by the Agence des Orres. In the heart of the Orres 1800, you will enjoy all amenities within walking distance (shops and restaurants, entertainment, departures from ski slopes, hiking or mountain biking trails in summer).The living room, adorned with stone and wood, has a seating area with double sofa bed and TV; A dining area for 8 guests and an equipped kitchen: microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, large refrigerator... The stay opens onto a terrace on the ground floor; from where you can go directly to the ski area of Les Orres. A ski box is also provided with this accommodation.Stay connected even during holidays thanks to the internet connection included with this accommodation! On the sleeping side you will find two bedrooms each with a double bed and the third bedroom is equipped with two single bunk beds. A bathroom with bathtub, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet will be at your disposal.For a moment of relaxation after your sports days in the mountains, enjoy the heated outdoor pool, saunas and fitness room of the residence (well-being area open only in season, summer and winter).To park in complete serenity, consider reserving a place in the underground parking lot of the residence, directly with the agency (extra charge and subject to availability).
