Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. Accommodation: Starting on 17 March 2025, work beyond our control will be carried out on the Orres 1800 station and could generate nuisances during the day.This large, warm mountain-style apartment will be perfect for your mountain holiday.With a beautiful area of 60m2, it is ideal for a stay with family or friends and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. The apartment consists of an entrance equipped with several storage spaces, as well as a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker etc. You will enjoy the configuration of this lounge-dining room, which has a friendly table to receive your loved ones and a TV for relaxing moments. A double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet are also on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find a second bathroom with a bathtub to relax after your favourite sports days, a separate toilet, two double bedrooms and a night corner.On the sleeping side, you will have at your disposal, a double bedroom with a bed in 140x190 cm on the ground floor, two double bedrooms upstairs with beds in 140x190 cm also, a super-posed bed with two single beds 80x190 cm in the night corner and a sofa bed convertible for two people in the living room.You will be very well located in the heart of the Orres 1800, in the building "Les Érines" of the Hauts de Préclaux, and close to all shops. Guests will have a private box, as well as unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna cabins and fitness area open in summer and winter.Small plus, you will have the possibility to reserve an underground parking space from the agency (extra charge and subject to availability).This accommodation accepts animals.
