Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. For this summer 2026, the wellness area is open from 11am to 6pm, from 28 June until 30 August 2026, every day (from 12pm to 6pm on Wednesday and Saturday). For winter 2026-2027, it is scheduled to open from 5 December 2026 (subject to the opening of the station) until 11 April 2027, every day except Saturday during school holidays and every day except Wednesday outside school holidays.



Accommodation: A major project is currently underway at the Orres 1800 (on the former Terre Rouge public parking lot).This work, independent of our will and likely to impact this housing, could generate noise (daytime) and visual nuisances (with the presence of cranes).This beautiful apartment of 47 m2 is ideally located in the heart of the Orres 1800 where all shops and restaurants are located, a few meters from the ski slopes and departures of hiking trails. Can accommodate up to 8 people, it will be the ideal accommodation for your stay in the mountain, with family or friends.In the living room you will have a sofa and a TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen area: dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc... There is a balcony with views of the valley of the spray. On the night side, you will have the choice between the bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), the bedroom with two single beds (80 x 190 cm); the night corner with two single beds (80 x 190 cm) which can possibly be joined together in double bed; or the double sofa bed in the living room. For your comfort, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub will be at your disposal. A separate toilet completes the set.THE MOST: - a private ski box to store your ski equipment,- unlimited access to the residence's superb heated outdoor pool, sauna cabins and fitness area (open summer and winter area),- a parking space in the underground car park can be reserved with the agency (extra charge and subject to availability).
