Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. Accommodation: Starting on 17 March 2025, work beyond our control will be carried out on the Orres 1800 station and could generate nuisances during the day.This beautiful apartment of 47 m2 is ideally located in the heart of the Orres 1800 where all shops and restaurants are located, a few meters from the ski slopes and departures of hiking trails. Can accommodate up to 8 people, it will be the ideal accommodation for your stay in the mountain, with family or friends.In the living room you will have a sofa and a TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen area: dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc... There is a balcony with views of the valley of the spray. On the night side, you will have the choice between the bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), the bedroom with two single beds (80 x 190 cm); the night corner with two single beds (80 x 190 cm) which can possibly be joined together in double bed; or the double sofa bed in the living room. For your comfort, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub will be at your disposal. A separate toilet completes the set.THE MOST: - a private ski box to store your ski equipment,- unlimited access to the residence's superb heated outdoor pool, sauna cabins and fitness area (open summer and winter area),- a parking space in the underground car park can be reserved with the agency (extra charge and subject to availability).
