Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. For this summer 2026, the wellness area is open from 11am to 6pm, from 28 June until 30 August 2026, every day (from 12pm to 6pm on Wednesday and Saturday). For winter 2026-2027, it is scheduled to open from 5 December 2026 (subject to the opening of the station) until 11 April 2027, every day except Saturday during school holidays and every day except Wednesday outside school holidays.



Accommodation: A major project is currently underway at the Orres 1800 (on the former Terre Rouge public parking lot).This work, independent of our will and likely to impact this housing, could generate noise (daytime) and visual nuisances (with the presence of cranes).This large apartment with an area of 53 m2 can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It will be perfect for your stay in the mountain with family or friends! Ideally located in the heart of the central square of the Orres 1800, in the building "Les Colchiques" of the residence of the Hauts de Préclaux, you will be a few steps from all the shops (ski hire shops, bakery, supermarket, souvenir shops and local products, restaurants...).The apartment consists of an entrance with storage, a large living room with a seating area with a TV and a double sofa bed; and a dining area for 8 guests to share good moments around a mountain specialty. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. There is also a small balcony with a table and two chairs.
