Welcome to this spacious 60 m² apartment located on the 1st floor of my house, with totally independent and private entrance, accessible directly from the street.
Only travelers use this entrance, so you are completely autonomous.
The accommodations are ideally located:
🚋 The tram stop "JOUVAUD" is 1 min away and will serve the old city center in 5 minutes (Gare centre stop)
🚶 Center historic and ramparts 15 minutes walk away (Porte St Michel)
You can enjoy the proximity of the centre without the constraints of parking in the city.

Upstairs, a landing distributes all the rooms, which are spacious and very bright thanks to the large openings.

Two single beds that can be approached or separated with access to a balcony overlooking the garden + smart tv.

A living room with equipped kitchen + smart tv. Possibility to add an extra single bed.

During the festival period only (July), possibility to add an extra bed for a 5th person. Outside this period 4 people maximum.
