On the Devon and Cornwall border overlooking the River Tamar, this one-bedroom cottage sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with river walks and cycling routes from the doorstep. Gunnislake station, a short drive up the hill, runs direct to Plymouth on the scenic Tamar Valley Line. It suits couples, families and dog owners wanting outdoor pursuits, with Dartmoor and Tavistock close by and a spectacular valley view.

- Master bedroom with a king-size bed and smart TV; with plenty of storage.
- 1 ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, courtesy toiletries and an electric toothbrush charging point.
- Overlooking the River Tamar, with river and valley views.
- Private terraced garden: a lower seating area with firepit, table and chairs, and a viewing platform with further seating up steps (logs available from the owner for an extra charge).
- Private gated drive with ample parking.
- Open-plan ground floor with lounge, smart TV, sofas and dining area with an office desk if required.
