About this cottage rental
You enter the property into the large hallway with doors to the bedrooms, shower room, bathroom and the stairs going up to the large living area.
When you go upstairs you walk into the large bright living/dining area
The lounge area as a spacious corner unit to relax on to watch the smart TV, there is a DVD player, and a selection of DVD'S. There is a 2-seater settee by the large window for you to sit with a book, there is a selection of books left for guest, or just relax by just looking at the views. The upstairs of the holiday home as a mixture of modern and rustic layout.
The dining area is spacious with patio doors out to the balcony where there are a patio table and chairs. From the dinning area leads you into the fully fitted Kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, double oven, hob and dishwasher.
Downstairs there is 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and a single, the other with 2 singles. The bathroom as a electric shower over the bath, toilet and wash hand basin, the shower room as a walk-in shower cubicle, small wash hand basin and toilet.
The washing machine is under the stairs.

The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived; it had everything you could want and was very spacious. From the apartment, it is literally two minutes walk to the on-site pub, which served very well priced meals, along the flat which was very handy as most of the site is built on a steep hillside. Very pleasant and enjoyable accommodation.

Great size 2 bed apartment 10 mins from St Mellion Golf Course very clean and everything on hand you need from home to home. Just a little updating with furniture but really impressed great value for money
