Tucked away on a working farm, this tranquil setting offers the perfect escape for small families or a group of friends seeking space, privacy, and exceptional rural views. Explore the breathtaking Wolds, known for inspiring David Hockney’s art, or enjoy the Yorkshire Coast with seaside towns like Bridlington (12 miles) and Scarborough (22 miles). For family fun, visit Sledmere House (11 miles), Bridlington Animal Park (10 miles), or head to Fraisthorpe Beach (13 miles) for a relaxing stroll along the golden sands. Historic towns such as Beverley (18 miles) provide endless opportunities to shop, dine, and sightsee.
Inside, the lodge boasts a cosy and welcoming open-plan space, perfectly designed for comfort and practicality. The living area features a Smart TV and French doors that flood the space with natural light. The kitchen is thoughtfully arranged, complete with a dishwasher and coffee machine. The lodge includes two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The first has a king-size bed with luxury bedding, blackout curtains, and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom offers twin beds (can be made into a super-king-size on request) alongside an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Outside, guests can enjoy the private deck with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for al fresco dining or unwinding while admiring stunning countryside views. An outdoor fire pit and charcoal BBQ set the scene for toasting marshmallows under the starry sky. There is also a grassy area and private parking for two cars.
