Perfect for couples, families and groups seeking a peaceful escape, the location offers a wealth of nearby attractions for all ages. Explore the natural beauty of nearby Fraisthorpe Beach (13 miles) with its golden sands and a charming cafe, or enjoy a day out at Sledmere House and Gardens (11 miles), featuring stunning grounds, a rare breed farm park, and a family-friendly adventure playground. For lovers of wildlife, Bempton Cliffs (16 miles) is a must-visit, with its awe-inspiring seabird colonies on soaring chalk cliffs.
Inside, the lodge offers a warm and inviting setting with an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. The living space is perfect for relaxing with its cosy furnishings and Smart TV, while French doors flood the room with light. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals and even includes a coffee machine for your morning brew. It has two bedrooms, both with luxurious bedding and en-suites for ultimate comfort and privacy. The first bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom boasts a super king-size bed (can be made into a twin on request) and an en-suite with a shower over the bath.
Outside, you’ll find a private deck with comfortable patio furniture and a charcoal BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining. There’s also a spacious grassed area for relaxing on, or for children and pets to stretch their legs. Parking for two cars is provided.
