The holiday apartment in Seepark Sellin offers 32 m² of space for up to 3 people and is located on the second floor of the Having building. It is easily accessible by elevator and ideal for couples or small families.

A special perk is the free daily use of the swimming pool at the AHOI! Water Park & Adventure World for 3 hours (except from June 29th to September 14th, 2026). From Easter 2026, a modern fitness area will also be available free of charge.

The apartment features one bedroom, one bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen/living room with a good range of amenities, including a filter and capsule coffee machine, microwave, and dishwasher. A smart TV with Sky channels and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. Bed linens are included.

The balcony is perfect for relaxing. A bicycle storage room and an underground parking space are also available, and a bread roll delivery service can be arranged upon request.

The location is ideal: shops, a bakery, mini-golf, and the AHOI! Water Park are all within easy walking distance. The beach, pier, and ferry terminal are approximately 900 meters away, and the bus stop is about 100 meters away.
