Offering 52 m² of living space, it accommodates up to four people and is ideal for a relaxing vacation for two, with your family, or with your dog. Shops, restaurants, and a bakery are located directly within the complex and are easily accessible on foot.

During your stay, you'll enjoy free daily access to the swimming pool at the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World for up to three hours (excluding June 29th to September 14th, 2026). A modern fitness area is also available for your free use – perfect for those who want to stay active even on vacation.

The apartment is located on the second floor and features a bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Wi-Fi and initial bed linens are included. The bathroom has a bathtub, and there is also a separate toilet.

You can relax and unwind on the sunny southwest-facing balcony at the end of your day. Dogs are welcome. A bicycle storage room, a children's playground, and a paid underground parking space are also available for guests. A security deposit of €200.00 is required for the apartment; this will be refunded after departure and proper handover of the property.
