The separate bedroom sleeps two, while a double sofa bed in the living room provides additional space for two more guests. This makes the apartment perfectly suited for up to four people.

The holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of the Seepark Sellin complex, just a few minutes' walk from the Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and the idyllic Sellin Lake. Shops and a bakery are also conveniently located within the complex.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi and a starter set of bed linens. The bedroom is particularly comfortable thanks to blackout curtains and features a double bed. The bathroom features a bathtub, toilet, and hairdryer. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, coffee maker, and toaster. A television provides additional entertainment.
