The holiday apartment in Seepark Sellin offers 44 m² of space for up to four people and is ideal for families or couples. Located on the first floor of the Having building, the apartment is easily accessible by elevator. It features a separate bedroom, a bathroom with all necessary amenities, and a comfortable living area with an open-plan kitchen, perfect for relaxing together. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a filter coffee machine, and bed linens (included in the price). Pets are welcome, so your four-legged friend can also enjoy the holiday. The balcony offers the opportunity to spend relaxing hours outdoors.

A special highlight is the daily free use of the swimming pool at the AHOI Water Park and Adventure World, located just 50 meters away, for three hours at a time (except between June 29th and September 14th, 2026). Furthermore, starting Easter 2026, you can enjoy free access to a modern fitness area, which will actively enhance your holiday and provide additional relaxation.

Secure bicycle storage is available in the bicycle cellar. Underground parking is available for an additional fee, and a bread roll delivery service ensures a pleasant start to your day.

The location is also excellent: shops are only about 50 meters away, and the beach and the famous Sellin pier are approximately 900 meters away. Restaurants, a bakery, and a mini-golf course are in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop about 100 meters away also allows for convenient exploration of the surrounding area.

A security deposit of €200 is required for the accommodation, which will be refunded within five business days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition.
