The holiday apartment in Haus Having in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin offers comfortable accommodation for up to two guests on 32 m² of living space and is ideal for a relaxing holiday on the island of Rügen. It is located in the Seepark Sellin complex on the second floor of a well-maintained holiday building and is easily accessible by elevator. Just 900 meters away, both the Baltic Sea with its fine sandy beach and the idyllic Sellin Lake offer a variety of leisure activities. Shops and a bakery are in the immediate vicinity and within easy walking distance.

The non-smoking apartment features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a living room with an additional double sofa bed. An open, fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster provides everything you need for self-catering. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. A television with three Sky channels and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. After an eventful day, the northeast-facing balcony with seating invites you to relax.

One pet is welcome. Communal facilities include a bicycle storage room, a children's playground, and an elevator. Guests also benefit from a special perk: three hours of free daily access to the AHOI Water Park and Adventure World, except between June 29th and September 14th, 2026. From Easter 2026, a modern fitness center will also be available free of charge. A security deposit of €100 is required for the apartment and will be refunded within five days of departure.
