This lovingly furnished holiday apartment in the Sellin Lakeside Park offers the perfect setting for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday on the island of Rügen. With space for up to three people, the accommodation is ideal for couples or small families who want to explore the popular Baltic Sea region around Sellin.

The apartment is located in the Having building and is easily accessible by elevator. A separate bedroom, a bright living area with an open-plan kitchen, and a balcony create a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing holidays. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

A particular advantage is the immediate proximity to the AHOI Water Park and Adventure World. Guests benefit from free daily access to the swimming pool for up to three hours (except from June 29th to September 14th, 2026). From Easter 2026, a modern fitness area will also be available free of charge.

The central location in the Lakeside Park allows for short walks to restaurants, shops, and leisure activities. The fine sandy beach, the famous Sellin pier, and the ferry terminal are easily accessible and invite you to enjoy a varied holiday on Rügen.

For added convenience, there is a bicycle storage room, a bread roll delivery service, and the option of using a parking space in the underground garage.

A security deposit of €100 is required and will be promptly refunded after a satisfactory departure.
