The apartment is located on the second floor of the Seepark Sellin holiday complex and is easily accessible by elevator. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and Lake Sellin are only about 900 meters away. Shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance of the complex, ensuring added convenience during your holiday.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and blackout curtains, while the living area offers a double sofa bed. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, and hairdryer. Wi-Fi is available free of charge, and the initial supply of bed linens is included in the price.

After an eventful day, the balcony with its comfortable seating invites you to relax. This non-smoking apartment is pet-friendly, so your four-legged companion is welcome. The building also offers a bicycle storage room, a children's playground, and an elevator.
