It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed, where the lower part can be extended to provide a total of three sleeping places. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower. The open living and kitchen area is bright and cozy, furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a fireplace, a TV with German channels, and a harmonium. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary cooking utensils. An adjacent dining area leads to a second fully covered terrace. Additionally, a small utility room houses a fridge and freezer combination. Please note, pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the house. Electricity costs are included in the rental price. Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels.
