Beautiful holiday home in Mönsterås on the Oknö peninsula, 200 metres from the Baltic Sea coast / Kalmarsund. The house has been renovated and completely refurnished. 6 persons, living area: 81m². Natural plot/garden 863m², winterproof (non-smoking, no pets, youth groups or fitters). Private letting. Boat mooring 400m away. Renovated and completely newly furnished holiday home with 81m² living space on a 863m² natural plot. The location is on the Oknö peninsula near Mönsteras. The water (Kalmarsund) is only approx. 200m away. There are various playgrounds with swings and slides for the children on the island. Activities: Water sports, hiking, cycling, golf course 7 km away. The river Eman, famous for its large salmon and sea trout, flows into the sea 10 km north of Mönsteras. Astrid Lindgren's World/Katthult/Bullerby - Vimmerby are only about 90km away. The water is very shallow on most shores and therefore very suitable for children to swim in. For the older ones, there is also a 3 and 5 metre diving platform nearby and, since 2021, a new sunbathing lawn and kiosk, as well as a beach volleyball court with kiosk and sunbathing lawn at the tip of Oknö. As over 50% of the houses on the Oknö peninsula are inhabited all year round, it is possible to arrive at any time in winter. As is usual on Oknö, the house is situated in a pleasant neighbourhood with other wooden houses.

Large open and covered terrace with outdoor barbecue. Two canoes and five second-hand bicycles (2x28", 1x26" 1x22", 1x18") are available for excursions.
The three bedrooms are designed for 2 persons each (max. 6 persons).
The electric heating, the two indoor fireplaces and the air heat pump ensure a cosy climate in the house all year round.
The kitchen is integrated into the living room and is equipped as follows: Hot and cold water, coffee machine and hoover, electric hob with oven, extractor bonnet, fridge and freezer, dishwasher
The bathroom has white tiled walls and is equipped with a shower, WC and washing machine.
In the living room: sitting area, dining table, fireplace, 4G WLAN router, TV-SAT with German TV, DVD, radio with CD
Outside: terrace 65m², garden furniture, 3 sun loungers, 2 canoes, car park.
