Located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, this bright 39 m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Its terrace allows you to enjoy sunny days while overlooking the boats in the harbor.

This accommodation comprises:

- A comfortable living room with a sofa bed equipped with an IKEA extra bed (120 × 190 cm, without integrated mattress), suitable for one adult only,
- A convivial dining area,
- A fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm),
- A child's mattress (160 x 70 cm) with a duvet is available to offer greater sleeping flexibility. Bed linen for this child's bed is not provided and must be brought by the tenants.
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet,
- A pleasant terrace equipped with a table and chairs,
- Vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer,
- A booster seat that can be used as a high chair is available,
- While awaiting fiber optic connection, internet is provided via a 5G box,
- Fan, radiators,
- Carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, hangers.

The accommodation also includes a private parking space.

Among its advantages, you'll appreciate its prime location in the immediate vicinity of the port of Dives-sur-Mer, the beaches of Cabourg and Houlgate (within walking distance), and the easy access to Honfleur by train.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 pm.
