Just the absolute perfect bell tent set up for a Mummy and baby (9 year old girl) in the woods for one night break away. It was like every little woman/girls fantasy safari tent set up. And I've done expensive glamping in Kenya and India... Cream four poster bed with two additional colour coordinated blankets and scatter pillows. The bed was *super* comfortable and supportive (I suffer from a bad back) so this was a delight to find. A second and much appreciated single airbed for my daughter that wasn't needed, but was there just in case (equally comfy and dressed nicely). Tasteful decorations (flowers in pots and fairy lights) and real wood furniture; with board games and garden games (secreted in their draws and hidden from view) if needed. Even two under eye patches thoughtfully laid out on a flowerpot topped bed tray- just in case we fancied beautifying ourselves whilst having breakfast! And spotlessly clean. You could eat your dinner off the floor of this bell tent. No joke. It was in a lovely location, very near to an award winning adventure park, with a major supermarket 10 minutes drive away and smaller local stores (Londis) for essential (and forgotten - silly mummy) marshmallows a stones throw. There is an air of safety and security being of paramount importance, with discreet cameras and codes being present at the front gate to ensure only those who should be on the site, were coming into the site. That mattered for my daughter and I and allowed me to relax. 'Yes, go and play on the tree swing!' whilst I incinerated a steak on the open fire... The staff were just great. There to walk you through it all (hand hold if needed!) and were not domineering or intrusive. Just really kind, humorous and helpful. The manager piled up our personal firepit with wood if we wanted it and even set it alight for us. I had no idea that was part of the offering for staying there and it really did make a huge difference to the experience.
If I had to get pernickity... There is an electricity pilon at the end of the plot of land. Some might find that a bit of a blot on the landscape and yes, its wires go directly above you and you can hear the buzz of the electricity if the wind blows in the wrong direction. Did I get a shock (no pun intended) at that being so close? Yes. Did it ruin our stay? Absolutely not. You just forget it's there... Bathroom - As stated, there is currently only one, with one toilet and electric shower. It is primarily used by the tent residents and occasionally, the temporary caravan residents due to them not having mains water. The owners know this is not sufficient, so are in the process of building a whole block of ablution based greatness. If this is kitted out with as much care and attention to detail that the single one is, it should be quite the amenity when it's completed.

The Roganert caravan park is a lovely and peaceful place to relax. Me and my family had a great time. I recommend.

Lovely little campsite. Our glamping tent was beautifully furnished and the bed was so comfy. Gemma, the site manager, was very helpful and keen to make our stay comfortable. Ideal location for visiting the jurassic coast. Lots of lively beaches within a short drive away. Couple of little shops down the road for essentials. Will definitely return
Nothing. The campsite is having new facilities built and will be even better next year.
