About this house rental
On the edge of a wood, in absolute calm, between the Seine, the forest and the pastures, large well-equipped and well-insulated house.
On the first floor, a beautiful entrance, a living space of 44 m2 which brings together a living-dining room and a semi-open fitted and equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a 180x200 bed, cupboard and desk, a large shower room, a separate toilet, a laundry room with toilet. Large south-facing terrace with awning and barbecue.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 160x200 beds and cupboards, 1 bathroom with WC.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Centrally controlled and individually controlled electric shutters.
For the joy of young and old, especially on rainy days: large tiled basement with a good quality table tennis table, billiards, table football, air hockey and darts.
Bucolic field bordered by pastures, with a large lawn and fruit trees, a football/handball goal, a shed with basketball hoop.
Possibility to park several cars on the field.
Ideal location equidistant from the main tourist sites of Normandy:
Less than 15 minutes walk: the Route touristique des Chaumières, the emblematic village of Vieux-Port, the centre of Aizier with its medieval church and its prehistoric "manhole", the banks of the Seine, the magnificent forest of Brotonne, the GR23 Grande Randonnée, the Viking adventure park (tree climbing and paintball).
10 minutes by car: the A13 and A131 motorways, the village of Bourneville-Sainte-Croix with local shops (bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurant, pizza, etc.).
20 minutes by car: Pont-Audemer (picturesque town nicknamed "The Venice of Normandy", with its restaurants and shopping malls), the village of La Haye-de-Routot (famous thousand-year-old yews with a chapel inside a tree), the abbey of Saint-Wandrille, La Bouille.
30 minutes away: Caudebec-en-Caux, Le Bec-Hellouin, Pont-l'Evêque (cider and calvados farms).
40-45 minutes by car: Rouen, Honfleur, the Pont de Normandie, Deauville, Trouville, Cabourg, Houlgate, the castle of Champ de Bataille, the abbey of Jumièges, the factory outlets Honfleur Normandy Outlet and Mc Arthur Glen Paris-Giverny.
