Seaview apartment Mojon Hills, Isla Plana

This is a modern, bright, light apartment with absolutely breathtaking sea view.
There is a frosted partition between the neighbouring patio for your privacy. The apartment has everything that you can wish for, for your holiday.

The apartment comes with two communal pool, a garage, two bedrooms and one bathroom and plenty of outdoor space. The design inside doesn´t leave anything to wish for, and the kitchen is well equipped.
From the apartment to all the big grocery shops, it´s about 7 minutes. Puerto de Mazarron with all its restaurants and bars are 10 minutes away.

All the areas are for your convenience.

Isla Plana is a small village but still quite lively an lots of restaurants. If you want more, you have Puerto de Mazarron with its harbour/pier and all its restaurants, bars and shopping.

Car is advisable due to elevated position.

The air-conditioning works with an AC-meter and pre-paid cards. That means that the guests can buy cards for 10 or 20 euro to have functional air-conditioning. This is done when you check-in or during the stay if in need of more credit.
For everyone`s comfort, there are certain house rules. Please read them and respect the owners`.
• No more people can stay in the rental property than the booking states, and you have registered with Casas De Bahia.
• All guests must be pre-registered before check-in.
• The one who made the reservation must be in place the entire time.
• No smoking inside. If smoking outside: close doors and windows (do not let the smell come inside).
• No subletting in any kind is allowed.
• No pets or animals are allowed in the rental property. If you want to bring your pet, please contact us.
• Close / reel in or secure sunshade, umbrellas, awnings, and cushions when it´s windy, during the night or when you are leaving the property. Strong winds can easily break the fabric.
• Always shower before going into the pool. No sand or sun-cream must end up in the pool for hygienic reasons.
• Do not keep keys in the key lock on the inside of the door. If keys are kept in the key lock, you cannot open the door from the outside. In this case a locksmith needs to come and change lock. The cost is at the guest’s expense.
• Keys are not allowed to be copied. Lost keys mean an additional cost of 50 euro (change of lock for security reasons) for the guest.
• Towels from the property may not be brought to the beach.
• The area is quiet and peaceful, loud parties or music is not allowed in the property.
• If something breaks or get lost, please replace damage items, and let us know about it.
• If the rental property has a BBQ, this must be cleaned if used. If it is left in a dirty condition, an additional cost of 20 euros will be charged for extra cleaning.
• Put the garbage & litter in the allocated bins on the street.
• Leave the property tidy and in a good condition when checking out.
• Air conditioning has a separate meter for pre-paid cards. That means that you, when you check-in, may buy a card from us, for the value of 10€ or 20€, in order to use the A/C (hot and/or cold).
