We stayed at Marina View 2BR Holiday Stay by HelloDomik and absolutely loved it. I was initially a little unsure about booking because the property had no reviews yet, but after speaking with the owner, Manuel, all my doubts disappeared. He explained that although he has other properties, this one was newly renovated and it exceeded every expectation.
Manuel met us at the apartment along with his colleague Elena, and they were both so friendly and welcoming. They took the time to show us around, and wow, the apartment is gorgeous. The view over the marina from the balcony is stunning, especially at sunset. Everything inside is brand new, beautifully finished, bright, modern and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine, although with so many restaurants and bars right on your doorstep, you barely need it.
As a family of four, we had plenty of space and felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. Manuel kept in touch during the week to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated.
One thing we were initially worried about was noise, being right in the centre of the marina, but we should not have been. It was surprisingly quiet at night. We barely saw anyone else in the building, and it felt very private and secure.
A huge bonus of this apartment is the rooftop pool and sun loungers. Many times we went up there and had the entire space to ourselves. The 360 degree views over the marina and beach are absolutely gorgeous and it is such a peaceful spot to relax.
The location is perfect for getting around. Buses, taxis and the train station are all close by, and we travelled easily to Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Benalmadena Pueblo and even into Malaga city, which we loved.
Overall, this apartment is a gem. Beautifully renovated, unbeatable location, quiet at night, an amazing rooftop pool and hosts who genuinely care.
No dislikes at all. Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything was exactly as described and even better.
