The Luxury Waterfront Apartment is located in Benalmádena and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning and heating in all rooms, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. High chairs and baby cots are also available for free.
Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a balcony from where you can watch the sun rise over the tranquil waters and the big luxury yachts. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a large pool and a garden.
The property is flanked by blue flag beaches just 75 metres away. In the heart of Costa Del Sol it is just 15 minutes away from Malaga airport. It is part of the 4 times awarded "Best Marina of the World" which is under the special protection of the Spanish Government and the EEC. The island is connected to the shore via a Venetian bridge, and it offers pure tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the marinas' restaurants and bars. The general architectural design is very much influenced by Gaudis style with unique columns in the inner gardens and atrium. The whole island is built in the traditions of the famous Marrocan Castles.
Located adjacent are 24 world class international restaurants and varied boutiques and shops which are open 365 days of the year from 8am until 2am at night.
Local activities include swimming, aqua sports, water skiing, boating, tennis, and many world class golf courses.

Pros: Meget fin lejlighed der har det hele. Velholdt ren og pæn. Skøn pool. Man kunne dog godt ønske sig tørre muligheder, når der nu er en vaskemaskine.

Pros: Fantastic holiday with my husband and little one - loved it so much we stayed another week. Apartment was amazing - everything you could wish for. Modern decor, perfectly clean. English tv and films. Rooftop pool beautiful. The area is perfect for families loads to do and the apartment is on the marina with great views. Will be back soon! X

Pros: Stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks July 2019 with my daughter 15yrs old and my mother. The apartment was fabulous, very clean ,amazing views from balcony and the location was perfect . The pool located on top floor was beautiful also very clean. Will definitely return.

Pros: My family and I stayed for a week in this beautiful apartment, we couldnt have been more happy with it. Great location, modern decor, well equipped for our baby providing a cot/high chair, access to a lovely pool, complimentary items etc! We were blown away with everything, truly a 5* experience. Loved every minute and will be booking again very soon! Thankyou so much sam and lee.
