Komi plajına ve denizine sıfır, şahane bir evdi. Ev sahiplerinin ilgisi muhteşemdi. Evde her şey düşünülmüş. Sinek ilacından iskambil kartlarına her şey vardı. Tertemiz, içi yeni yapılmış, otel konforunda bir ev deneyimiydi. Arabanızı da hemen evin önüne park edebiliyorsunuz, park alanı olması da çok iyi oldu. Sakız'ın güneyinde ve bu evde kalmayı çok sevdik. Köyler arabayla çok yakın, Komi plajı ve civardaki diğer plajlar da çok güzel. Tekrar Sakız'a gelirsem yine burada kalmak isterim.

We stayed for a total of 6 nights, spending our holiday in two different apartments managed by this wonderful family, and both experiences were outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. This is a true family-run property where hospitality comes from the heart. The hosts were incredibly kind, caring, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Both apartments were spotless and exceptionally clean. Everything felt modern and well maintained, from the furniture and kitchen equipment to the appliances. The apartments were fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Our son has celiac disease and follows a strict gluten-free diet. When we mentioned this, the hosts went the extra mile to make sure the kitchen was prepared with extra care for him. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to our family and showed how much they truly care about their guests. Another lovely surprise was that each apartment welcomed us with different small gifts and thoughtful touches, making our stay even more special. The location is perfect—just a few steps from the beautiful Komi Beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sea at any time of the day. If we return to Chios in the future, we would not hesitate to stay here again. A heartfelt thank you to the entire family for their kindness, generosity, and exceptional hospitality. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay on Chios.
