Bu manzarayı hiç unutmayacağım.Ev gayet yeterli 2 katlı üst katta 3 yatak alt katta çift kişilik bir yatak,mutfakta idare edecek kadar araç gereç vardı.Komi sahiline bakıyor yan tarafı ve sahil,denizi,tavernalatı,Cafeleri ile harikaydı.Bence sakız adasının en güzel plajı olabilir.Evin etrafında birsürü ev ve komşularımız vardı.Sessiz sakin ama güvenli bir evdi
Biraz eskiydi üst kat banyo yerleri filan eski ve betondu ama temiz olması sebebiyle çok rahatsız etmedi. Kahve makinesi kırık tam kapanmıyor.Ama dediğim gibi manzara ve o balkon tüm olumsuzlukları gideriyor.

Konumu mükemmel. Deniz tatili için harika. Klima çok iyi çalışıyor. Hem alt karta hem üst katta klima mevcut. Lüks beklentiniz olmamalı ama her türlü ihtiyaca göre dizayn edilmiş. Otel beklentiniz olmasın deniz kenarında harika konumda ve ilgili bir ev sahibinin olduğu tertemiz bir ev. Ama otel odası kıvamında. Çamaşır makinesi kahve makinesi fırın her şey var. Whatsapp yoluyla iletişim kuruyor ev sahibi. Ada merkezine gitmek araçla 20 dakika
