Fantastic location and is away for the noise.
Just less than a minute of walking distance a grocery store located selling with many fresh fruits and meat we bought some and cook it inside.
Soundproof has little bit weak, if your neighbor is throwing a party next door to you.
Washing machine is strongly needed to put in the premises.
All than others just perfect!
