The house was very well equipped, from kitchenware and cooking utensils to towels, pillows and everything else we needed during our stay. Everything was easy to find and the house was very clean when we arrived. We’ve been coming to Chios for years, so we chose the house knowing the location, and it was exactly as convenient as we expected. 2 minustes to beach… Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.
The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi connection would occasionally drop during the day, which was a little inconvenient. Also, not a big issue for us, but quite a bit of water tends to leak out of the shower cabin, so it’s worth being a little careful.
There are quite a few mosquitoes around the komi in general, and since there are no mosquito screens on the windows, it’s worth coming prepared with mosquito repellent :)

Evin denize yakınlığı ve o denizin muhteşem olması çok güzeldi. Her odada iyi çalışan klima mevcuttu. Mutfak gereçleri yeni ve yeterliydi. Ev oldukça temizdi. Evin balkondaki oturma alanı çok keyifliydi. Konum olarak tarihi köylere ve sakız müzesine yakındı. Yürüme mesafesinde yemek için uygun yerler vardı. Ev sahibi bizimle iletişim kurup sorularımızı hızlıca yanıtladı.
Sivrisineklere karşı kişisel önlem almak gerekti. Ama konum gereği bunu normal karşıladık. Beğenmediğimiz bir şey olmadı.

The location of the house is great. You can reach one of the best beach of the island by walking in minutes. The house has 3 rooms (2 has double bed, 1 has two single beds) each have its own air condition. Kitchen is fair enough (mid size refrigerator, microwave, electric hob, owen, kettle, toaster and coffee machine), we preferred to have our breakfast ay home.
For long stays, I must inform you that there is no dish washer and washing machine in the house. The owner of the house has allowed of to use his own washing machine but Im not sure if its available for all visitors. There is no fly screen in the windows so that to avoid mosquitoes, I highly recommend to have good quality mosquito repellents with you.
