It was cheap, very very well located for our requirements and available on the right dates.
Parking was an issue, once in the parking areas it was difficult to get out, if there was no available space it was necessary to reverse out and attempt to turn the car. I felt for the people in ground (ie basement) floor flats they just have noise of reversing and manoeuvring regularly. A second issue was with the seating - the sofa was very good, but is it missing its legs? We ended up sitting very close to the floor. Another issue was the small size of the tv screen and its position in respect of the sofa. A third issue is that one of the flat door locks is broken!
