Owner was very decent guy, location was good and property was also clean and spacious had most of the utilities, and since he was a beginner I would give him chance to learn from experiences and improve.

It was slightly confusing after arriving at the 40A castle street, address provided, there was no mention of the name of the EliteTelford Stay onsite, if the instruction was sent then it would have been better, I was initially lost on reaching the place but luckily the owner was outside, so it helped. Suppose the phone number provided had not worked due to network issues which happens nowadays frequently, it will be very hard to get help. Also needed improvement in facilities i.e. towel, wifi instructions, closets, TV should be working and properly placed, Bed Mattress not very comfortable, SOFA Cum Bed is not comfortable for sleeping. Mention about the charges for check-in outside the period mentioned, generally it is charged for early check-in and late check-out but not for few hrs late check-in, it had caused inconvenience for us.
