Richard is amazing. Great communication before and during our stay. We had a problem on arrival which was responded to and fixed really quickly.
House is clean, comfortable and well equipped with good sized rooms and parking.

Like the proximity to facilities in the area, the M54 & Hortonwood. The local catering options & retail park were very close by. Accommodation had plenty of room, no.4 serviced our needs for the 4 days. The secure garden is a bonus, especially if travelling with a k9. W/c on each floor for convenience.
Especially A+ was communication from Richard, all the way through the booking, plus a response to a un-forseen issue sorted swiftly & I would stay here again.
Addressed Post to an individual a bit of a strange one. Garlic bulb in the cupboard shooting away.
The TV was a bit of a krypton factor for us but most would likely be very happy with it.

Great to have plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms at the property to accommodate the 7 of us really well. Good location for what we needed that weekend.
Seemed to be a smell of lingering cigarette smoke when we arrived. Had difficulty opening front door to get in and out needed some strength until got to understand the knack of getting door open !
