Sky Apartments

Location is great. it is a quiet neighbourhood. Meals are not too bad. it is realy a good place if only small things could be paid attention to. it is small things that matter and not bigger things.

My request as a business traveler were not taken into consideration. I was first checked in a room without a study desk or talbe light and with a both room and toilet outside the room sharing with other visitors. No privacy at all. the toilet water system was closed and only to be opened upon complaining that the toilet was not flashing. The toilet seat was not working properly and not in good condition for use. I was later moved to another room on second day but could not connect to Wi-Fi. Being on business trip, this affected my international Teams Conference calls as Wi-Fi was not stable and sometimes not connecting at all to internet. Having requested many times if I could pay with a card on check out before I travelled and being assured it was ok, I was asked to pay upfront for an estimation on meals and if a positive balance resulted would then be given to me in cash. I complied fully and payment in advance by card. A night before checking out, I requested that5 my account be reviewed so that I would not lose time on check our as I had some meetings to attend. At 10:30, I checked out of my room and went to hadn in keys and collect balance and invoice. Nothing was prepared for my check out as requested a night before. printer was not working or does not esist and an invoiced had to be written manually. Once invoice was finally done, I was told they did not have loose changed money for me and I had to wait for someone to go look for it! but should this not have been done earlier in prep for my check out as requested a night before?? Anyhow, I waited for about 2 hours, yes you head me, about two hours and was told the person that has gone looking for change was not picking up calls anymore and I woule have to wait some more. I offered to drive one of the staff members to go and look for change and fortunately the owner drove in as we drive out and gave us the long-awaited change.
