    Friendly staff however I would like the hotel to pay particular attention to the needs of disbled guests to ensure that there are rooms adapted to accommodate them. I am paraplegic and found it very difficult to use the bathroom and wc as it is unfriendly to wheelchair users

    I would like to place it on record that this hotel has certain issues to improve. These include their reaction time of room service when someone rings them up for something in their room. For example, I requested tea bags and it took 33 mins for them to be delivered, after several follow ups. Their two room service numbers do not get answered. Every time I had to go through the reception. The bath water flow needs to be improved greatly as very soon some guest will get burnt! When you open hot water it take ages to come out while the cold water is coming out, and vice versa. Imagine if one is under the shower and suddenly the water changes to hot?????? And, in the gym, the rowing machine in the gym is working, but unusable. Their maintenance men made some modification on the footholders by permanently tying the foot straps on one position. Now how can one adjust the footholders to their feet size?? This renders the machine unusable. Also, the housekeeping staff came around 8am when one was still resting. How can that be? Coming around from 10am is much much appreciated. Please look into this.
