Except the 2 points below the hotel is nice, with clean modern rooms and very friendly staff. 1. The standard rooms don't have AC, they just have a ceiling fan and it can get quiet hot in the room since the fan just moves the hot air around. 2. Note that check out time in most hotels in Zimbabwe along with N1 hotel is at 10 am not 12 like most other places in the world so you can plan accordingly.
