    Checking in at 330pm and told to wait another 30mins because rooms are not ready is not good enough when the hotel starts reminding you of checking out at 9am

    I was disappointed with my stay at Rainbow towers. The staff were friendly & the rooms were nice & clean but until maintenance came I could not get my aircon or fan to work. The 1 morning I went to gym & when I came back late morning there was no towel to dry myself after my shower even though I had left it hanging up not on the floor for changing. It is very noisy in the middle of town & traffic means getting anywhere takes long & often the Bolt drivers cancel picking you up as it is taking too long to get there. A lot of the gym equipment is old or broken & there isn't even a door on the toilet next to the gym which I told reception about at the start of my stay but it didn't get fixed. The corridor from the lift to the gym & pool area has a horrid smell. I don't know what it is. 2 out of 3 nights my keycard didn't work so I had to go up & down the lift a few times to get it working at reception. Next time I will stay elsewhere not downtown.
