The room was spacious and clean. It had a small kitchenette, espresso maker, refrigerator, and dining table. There was fresh fruit on the table, a few bottles of drinking water, a couple of yogurts and some juice packs. We felt welcomed. The bed was comfortable. Luigi was very responsive and friendly in communications, though we never met him.
Though advertised as a 10 minute walk from LIN airport, it's actually 15+ when rolling suitcases. The building is in an industrial section, next to off-site airport parking lots, making for poor views and , as should be expected, some airane noise. Walking the last 3 blocks at night felt a little dicey/abandoned, but was actually fine. So, the only reason I didn't score this place perfect was due to lack of ambiance of location. The room was pretty great and we did like the fact it was walking distance to the airport.
