Convenient and comfortable hotel near Milan airport. Free airport shuttle (both ways). Friendly staff. Large rooms and bathrooms. Buffet breakfast with ample choice.

Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, friendly staff and tasty meals. Incredibly convenient shuttle service which made it very easy to get there from the airport.

Breakfast is fine. Reception desk is willing to answer your questions. Prompt response if you would like to be picked up at the airport with the complimentary shuttle. Long service hours for the shuttle bus. Our room had a disability bathroom (not needed for us, but at least it is there if anyone needs it). However, there are a few steps to take in order to get to the room (which was on the first floor - lower ground-), which can be challenging with a disability.

We've asked for a quiet room, however, the rooms are pretty noisy. Anyone talking outside your room can be clearly understood. We were there during the Olympics, so the prices were through the roof and way too expensive for this 3-star hotel. They claim to be 4-star, but in our book this is a maximum of 3-stars. Furniture in the home is rather simple. The pillows were very voluminous, instead of flat, which would be much preferred by us. Fortunately we have one flat spare and although requested, the hotel wasn't able to supply us with another flat pillow. They explained that the policy of the Best Western is to only have the voluminous pillow. We would strongly recommend them to revise this decision. The hotel could do with a renovation.
