Crowne Plaza Milan Nolo by IHG

Breakfast was more than sufficient, good quality and choice. Room size was outstanding. Coffee in room. Surrounding area safe enough. Good access to electric scooters.

Location is safe enough but fairly distant from most attractions. Bar shut very early and getting food later on in the evening was difficult

Excellent place for family stay, comfortable and big rooms, fully eqiped kitchen, large terrace with a pool and a green yard view, parking in front of hotel (free of charge) or in a garage (payed), strong wi-fi, kind hosts and short walk (5minutes) to the Turro metro station (red line that goes to the Duomo). There is a gym at the ground. We really enjoy our stay.

Room was excellent. Very spacious with large balcony and massive bed. Kitchen was also very useful (Studio Room). Pool area nice also.

The block I was staying in was where renovations seemed to be co-ordinated from and so at night I couldn’t access main door after 10pm and had to keep getting security guard from reception to let me in. Also very noisy from early morning with workmen. This would be temporary situation though I would hope.

Not much.

The employee that checked me in was not nice. After having me wait for 3 hours for the room, the AC was not cooling and the toilet was malcunctioning. He wanted me to wait for maintenance to fix problems. I asked him if he could change my room to one that was working. He didn’t like the idea because he would have to do more work to do that. After he did it , he gave me a room with 1 bed. The reservation was for 2 twin beds. I had to wait more Time for them to sepárate the beds and dress the beds. Terrible experience !!
