Had a great stay with kids en route to Scotland. Lovely quiet location, short drive to Harrogate and very close to Brinham Rocks. House is cozy and kitchen well equipped. Smart TV was bonus for the kids. Good communication from hosts and excellent value for money.

Handy for our requirements. Very reasonably priced. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Speedy WiFi and good choice of tv apps for our son.
Maybe a bottle of water and a pint of milk in fridge..or small pots . As people have a tendency to forget one or 2 things on arrival and is a little remote. Just a suggestion, not a criticism.

From arriving to the property with instructions to open the lock box and locate the front door was very easy. When messaging the property owners, they were promt and were responsive. Waking up to have a look outside and see the sunrise and see the animals just infront on the field was an unexpected treat. Would definitely stay here again! The tea and coffee available in the kitchen was lovely too!
The bed did feel a little on the small side. But other than that it was pleasure to stay here!
This next note is just a tip, not a fault with the property: If you are looking to get an uber out from the property I would book well in advance as the location felt like no ubers were close to the property, took a while to have a driver accept the ride.
