Ivy Cottage

Beautiful well presented cottage, spacious yet cosy. Lovely village with easy access to Harrogate and Leeds. Excellent local bus service. Response to any small issues arising were quickly dealt with by Nathan

We were short of instruction manuals for kitchen appliances. An issue with the TV was swiftly dealt with by the helpful owner but the reception continued to be poor, especially late evening. However we were not concerned and it didn’t affect our visit.

Lovely cottage; stylish and comfortable and full of character. The village is gorgeous with a fabulous pub, village shop and coffee shop/cafe. Each of these made all the better by the most friendly and attentive staff.

Delightful cottage, just right for exploring Nidderdale, Harrogate and Leeds. We were there to support the Ironman in Roundhay Park, Leeds, for which the cottage was brilliant. Clean and comfortable. Nidderdale walks from the door. Bus stop for no 24 bus (Harrogate to Pateley Bridge) just around the corner. Could have spent another week here. Nightspace emergence call out - Nathan - was very helpful and much appreciated.

Wasn't expecting to cook by Aga, not sure it's there on the Booking.com description. It wasn't working on arrival, but Nathan from Nightspace sorted it out quickly, big thank you (thermocouple?). In fact, the Aga was good to cook on, but heating up time of 2 hours wasn't helpful when hungry after a long drive. Constant use of gas seemed a little wasteful in this day and age, but I can see that you can fall in love with it, especially in the winter. Airfryer and separate hob fill the gap a bit.
