The location and the space!!! The host was helpful as he could be.
The building is quite old and the entry pad was fiddly to begin with but then sorted itself out. The lift was out of service for most of our stay, we were on the second floor so we made do. The apartment is quite warm as it retains a lot of heat but fans are provided - being in the middle of the city, leaving the windows open can be rather noisy! A great apartment though, most issues not the host's fault - just want to make that clear!
