Location - very good. Near an underpass but no noise heard at all. 10mins to bus station/15 mins to train station.
One bedroom but two separate beds in there, one small bed in the lounge behind the sofa. Futon in the cupboard. Kitchen/Lounge had all the gadgets/utensils. Bath/Shower - modern and clean, hot shower.
Full instructions to get in, provided on the day. Excellent communication with owner.
Only one issue was the Wifi didn't work. The router is there but couldn't get it to connect. Have mentioned this to the owner. There is 5G for phones which is all we really needed as not in the apartment that much.

Will definitely be returning.Stayed for 4 nights, beds comfortable and clean all cooking equipment spotless and in excellent condition. Exactly as described and photos are accurate. A very enjoyable experience.

Excellent and clear instructions to gain access to the property on a self-check in basis. The projector was great in the bedroom, with a lovely thick carpet. It was clean, cosy and towels and linens provided. With Leeds city centre a VERY short walk away, this place is ideally positioned for a city break.
Everything was excellent, maybe a washing up sponge would be appreciated for the sink + washing up liquid, so it's easier to clean the dishes, but the smallest of niggles.

Close to city centre and quiet
Needs a bit maintenance
Shower drain block, toilet seat smashed, radiator insecure and very stuffy. No windows could be opened
