Modern 6 Bed Home Near Leeds City Centre-Long Stay Rates Available

Excellent location, very close to the city and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful reception from the lady who cleans the house, she was really lovely and kind.The house is very comfortable and clean and exactly as the photos show. We found the beds very comfortable and the bedrooms were large.The owner was really nice and very helpful, responding to emails within minutes.The neighbourhood is also really friendly. The off-street parking was very useful, and the neighbours were very good about not obstructing the access. We will definitely stay here again on a visit to Leeds.

The neighbourhood, very loud at night but it was a weekend and match day and that was okay!

The property is very close to st James hospital which we needed due to a family member having surgery.

The heating took 24 hrs to reach 20 degrees, we even had to sleep with the heating on as it was that cold! There was a huge draft blowing from the front door as it wasn’t a upvc one. The street the house is located on is perfect for the hospital but wouldn’t feel safe walking at night on my own. All the houses down the street had metal gates in front of their front door apart from ours 🤔

A super welcome, especially given the snowy conditions, the path and steps were both clear. The kitchen is stocked with all basic items, including lovely Biscoff biscuits and water in the fridge. The bathroom is lovely with fabulous water pressure in the shower. Property was easy to warm, even given the chill outside. Comfortable lounge too. Perfect location for us as we need access to the hospital, and Jamie was very responsive on messages and very helpful throughout.

Nothing to really dislike - may help to provide directions for the TV - my mum struggled with that initially (luckily she had her tech savvy daughter with!!). The driveway is short (i do have a big car) but the gate was sufficiently closed and had a chain so whilst this could be a problem for some it's really minor.
