New, modern and confortable. Great view.
Bathroom door doesn't close completely.

for what we wanted the accommodation was excellent. Clean and comfortable. Incredible view over Bilbao. Free parking and a peaceful community. There was a regular bus just 50m from the accommodation.
No local amenities (shop/bar/restaurant) though on this visit that was not a problem this would make me possibly not re-book as it is nice to be able to walk to places. We also had a large truck and the route up to the accommodation was quite steep and would not have been ideal in the dark!
