C’est un établissement moyen dans un quartier populaire le seul inconvénient est le parking les places sont limitées.

Manque de places pour parquer.

The apartment is spacious with 3 dorms and a small living room, dining corner and fully equipped kitchen. All very clean with everything you need such a a coffee machine, waterboiler, big TV screen, good working wifi etc. And it is located in a quiet area just outside the center of town. It just takes a 25 minute walk to the Guggenheim museum and it is a very nice walk along the river over some very nice and interesting bridges. If you don't feel like walking there is also a busstop and the subway nearby. There is a big supermarket in the neighbourhood, some restaurants and some shops. All in all great.

The beds though big enough had very hard mattresses and we are not used to these type of hard beds. The walls in the apartment are also quite thin so you can hear all the noises like flushing toilets, distant TVs, rattling plates, people talking from other apartments, especially, in the morning when people go to work and in the evening when people come back from work but as these noises are in the background and only at certain times, it did not disturb us.

Localisation

The apartment is very dark. The equipment is quite old. The smell from the fridge was horrible.
