We were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment is conveniently located, about a 15-minute walk from both San Mamés metro station and Bilbao Intermodal, the city's main bus station.
The self check-in process was easy, with the keys left in a key box. Communication with the host was through WhatsApp, and they were available until 11:00 PM.
The apartment was very clean and decorated in a modern style. It has two large bedrooms with comfortable beds (one double bed in each bedroom and a bunk bed in the larger bedroom). The kitchen was well equipped, and the spacious bathroom featured a shower and two sinks.
The apartment was quiet at night, which made for a comfortable stay. The views were not particularly scenic, as the bedroom windows overlooked a railway embankment, while the kitchen and living room faced an internal street.
One aspect that could be improved is that guests are required to take out the rubbish on the day of check-out.

Muy reformado y muy limpio. La comodidad de las camas.
Por ponerle algún "pero", el regulador de la temperatura del grifo de la ducha, estaba estropeado. Entonces el agua salía o muy caliente o hirviendo.... pufff...telita

La limpieza, la comodidad, la distribución y equipamiento.
Se trata de un bajo que se encuentra a pie de calle, en una zona alejada del centro de la ciudad. Quizás echamos en falta productos básicos de aseo/ cocina (más gel ducha, aceite, sal,etc.).

La ubicación, facilidad para hacer el checking y la amplitud que tiene para alojarse 6 personas
La limpieza regular, problemas con el calentador de agua y no encontramos accesorios que supuestamente había como el tostador
